  After taking an age to answer the phone, I finally put in a request for a repeat prescription on the Tuesday (as you have to give them 5 working days to sort it out). The following Wednesday (6 days after requesting repeat prescription), I went in to collect. They hadn't even looked at it! So when they tried to complete it, they found out they didn't have the items and would need to order them!! Surely they should have done this on the day I requested the items, not wait until I come in to collect!! They ordered what was needed and said it would be in that afternoon and to come back around 4.30pm. I actually left it until Thursday to collect and it wasn't ready - surprise surprise. There was not even an apology for my time being wasted having to go back and forth. I shall no longer be using this pharmacy - they seem totally incapable of doing anything on time.
