- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆2017-11-18, by Thomas AllenA well situated shop in the centre of town. Choice of DVDs and CDs tends to be restricted to the more popular TV programmes and films and top 20 music. Shop always clean and tidy with sufficient helpful staff.
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-07-08, by Julie ThorneWoefully understaffed. Self service checkouts not working and broadcasting electronic messages constantly. Witnessed several customers just leaving their goods and walking out. Management needs to get this sorted out. Store holds a great range of stock and is great to browse but customer service lets this branch down.
